How do I secure my offer?
To secure your special offer or promotional rate, simply complete your booking request through our Contact page or by phone. A small deposit is required to reserve your date, and the offer will be automatically applied to your total.
Can I combine promotions?
Our offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Each promotion is designed to give the best possible value for that specific season or event. However, we occasionally provide exclusive loyalty bonuses for returning clients.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit confirms your appointment and secures your selected offer and date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service or event. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
Are travel fees included?
Travel fees apply for on-location services outside of our Chicago studio. These fees vary depending on the distance and travel time. We’ll confirm all details during booking, so there are no surprises.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for events and 3–6 months ahead for weddings. Early booking helps you lock in the current price and ensure availability for your preferred date.
