Bridal Party Makeup & Hair Team for Large Weddings in Chicago

Plan makeup and hair for a bridal group by sharing the service list, getting-ready address and ready-by time before confirming the team.

A bridal group needs one clear service list and an agreed schedule. I can help discuss a makeup and hair team for a larger group, with the artists and appointment scope confirmed around availability and your wedding plans.

The first step is to describe who needs each service and when everyone must be finished. That is more useful than deciding on a team size from the number of wedding guests or bridesmaids alone.

Make a Service List for Each Person

For each person, note whether they need makeup, hairstyling or both. Include the bride, bridesmaids, family members and guests who actually want an appointment.

Add the following details where relevant:

  • Their individual ready-by time if photographs or dressing begin earlier.
  • Hair length, the preferred style and any accessory or veil placement.
  • Makeup preferences and reference photos.
  • Whether they will get ready at the same address as the rest of the group.

You can use roles such as bride or bridesmaid to organize the initial request. Keep the list current if someone adds or removes a service.

Work Backward From Photographs and Dressing

Share the photographer’s arrival time, any first look and the time the group needs to leave. Explain who must be ready first and whether the getting-ready room has an access-time restriction.

The beauty schedule needs to leave room for dressing, photographs and travel. Adding artists may allow some appointments to happen in parallel, but the starting time still depends on the agreed services and ready-by times. An early start may still be needed.

Use the wedding-morning beauty timeline to organize the order of events. For the separate question of how many artists may be needed, read the artist-count guide for a large bridal party.

Confirm the Team and Appointment Scope

Team availability and the services assigned to each artist should be agreed before booking. Share your inspiration and preferences so the intended makeup and hair direction can be discussed across the group.

For the bride, the Bridal Makeup & Hair Package lists the wedding-day service and the separate trial. Bridal party and guest services are quoted separately around the service list and the team needed. A larger group does not automatically make those appointments part of the bride’s package.

Share the Getting-Ready Location

On-location appointments are available throughout Illinois. Travel is charged separately and agreed before booking. An early-morning fee may apply.

Send the full address and explain any parking or access arrangements so these can be discussed before the schedule is confirmed. For studio appointments, ask about availability at the Buffalo Grove studio.

Ask About Your Bridal Group

Contact ABC Face with the wedding date, getting-ready address, makeup and hair service counts, and ready-by times. Include whether the bride needs a trial and any requested extra time, such as touch-ups after application, so the scope can be discussed before booking.
